Lindgren, Schneider, M. Robertson, and K'Andre would all be of interest to AZ. I can't see them moving 23 year old Moser to get the older Lindgren who they'd have to buy UFA years on an extension. I don't think they are in the market for a Goodrow dump, either.

Probably because he's going to be looking at an extension that walks him to UFA or ask that you pay for his UFA years on a long-term extension. And the Rangers have relatively good depth on D to potentially replace him soon. Easier to make the decision to move on in those circumstances. (I am not saying they should replace him or shouldn't extend him long-term. I am just guessing that's why people are increasingly moving).
