Description

While Frost is no sure thing, but looks like a good offensive 2C and Coots with 36 pts in 66 games has looked solid enough as 1C, need to hit UFA for quality center depth long term.

LD ANdrae and RD Bonk will be pushing towards end of 2024-25, so we'll deal from a position of strength.

Maybe Dumba, OEL and Seeler are too much, but I like the vet presence/depth to match with the kids (York, Drysdale, Zamula, Attard). OEL is a nice two way guy who is a 35+ pt guy and DUmba is a crease clearer/physical type.

Broissot has put up pretty stellar backup numbers the last 5 seasons, but theres money for a more reliable or a 1B Goalie

Leafs can sign better (cheaper) RHD in FA and avoid spending picks (even if mid round picks). Combine past sample size (not very impressive) & contract (term, $), just no chance that a team will trade for Risto imo
