That low an AAV gets Stammer an extra year or two. He's still a 30+ goal 70+ point guy whose in the mid 50's in FO%

Sharks pass. They have too many undersized forwards already. And too many L4 forwards. Although the 3rd round pick is tempting.

If we can preserve the top six from this season, it would be fantastic and exactly what we need. Get Stammer an extra year, and love the Duclair deal. Right side defense would be an improved start from this year's if we can retain Dumba for that cheap, but I'm not sure he'd agree to that AAV.

I don't know if Sheary would waive for SJ (it might be on his Modified NTC), but if you attach a guy like Edmonds or another prospect we don't mind parting ways with + the third, it might be a bit of an overpay on our behalf but it more than likely gets Sheary off the books.

If MG has the roster spot and the MNTC doesn’t stop it, then he might do it. Get him more ice time and improve the stats to flip him at the TBL.
