Norris has no trade value right now. Three seasons in a row with a shoulder injury, two of those requiring surgery.

No GM is touching that contract, unless it's a team that's tanking and hopes for LTIR to cut costs.

The only way I see Norris being traded is if he comes back and puts in 1-2 full seasons without major injury and scoring 25-30 goals each season.

First thought is that the Sabres say “no” as we aren’t looking to get rid of Skinner

Maybe freeing up that Cap Space would be tempting though ?
