Description

Assume players didn’t care about signing with an aging team.

Ned and Ingram run a basically even tandem.
Give dreidger a few games to see if he can come back from his injuries. He looked good with the kraken

Taxi squad is large so that someone will come out on top. They will need to battle for their line up spots.

Bought out graves. Taxi squad can fight with poj for a lineup spot. Tony de Angelo a depth ofd. Unfortunately the graves buyout will sting in a few years (3.5 mil from 2025-2029) but it is only 1.75 mil the first year and the playoff window will have basically closed by the time the buyout hurts.

Extra cap space for a significant deadline move.

What on earth is that NJD trade ? Giving up a great staring goalie for an ahl goalie and a 6th ?
Also hard pass on that Arizona trade . We already have better internal options in goal and don’t need to give up picks for a 3rd liner
