Not sure, but haven't we used all of our call up spots - Idk if that is even a thing but I think I read that somewhere

We have, but from my understanding we can still use “emergency” call ups for injuries.

Gushchin deserves it infinitely more. No need to rush Bystedt, he's only played one North American game (and three points in that game isn't too shabby) but it's better to just adjust to the speed of the smaller rinks

Trade him to Vancouver. Hehe I really wish we could work out a trade for him I think a future full swede line with him- Petey- Lekkerimaki would be sweet.

I’ve got Gushchin in this lineup as well and agree he needs/deserves a look in the NHL.

I just think with our lack of centers at the moment it wouldn’t hurt to give Bystedt a look. I’m on board with not rushing him. I think he spends most, if not all, of next year with the Cuda. This would just be to give him a little taste of the NHL and see what he needs to work on to stay there.
