Description

Stammer would be a great add. Even at 36 he's still been producing at a very good rate offensively, and has chemistry with Killer from their days in TB. Pat also probably has a good relationship with him from those days.

Pesce would be a great add to the right side and I think he might be a top priority for management.

Also got the most important RFAs renewed for what I think are good deals.

As far as the trades, I'm still learning how to do fair value, so if I am way off on the Laine deal, please feel free to let me know. When it comes to Cam, I am not sure what his value is anymore, so I take all help with that one as well.

I highly expect Pat and his management team to be very busy this offseason with the hopes of this team turning a corner and beginning to bring a winning culture back to the organization. Let me know what you guys think.

Already 2nd guessing myself and thinking, maybe instead of trying to trade for a player that has potential but has had some issues in recent years in Laine, maybe they just try to dump Strome's contract elsewhere and make a go for another Carolina Hurricane UFA (since they run the same system Cronin and Verbeek are trying to put together) and try to sign Teuvo Teravainen as well... Gotta use that cap space to get some consistent top tier guys

First off, before we start bickering amongst ourselves about contract figures (not that I'm directing this at anyone, especially my best bud GL), let's agree that with $6.8 million in cap space, numbers don't really matter -- it's the players that count.

I'd love Stamkos and Pesce but I'm not a Laine fan.

I'm a sentimentalist so I recuse on the question of Cam Fowler.
