In a bizarre world where we trade Rantanen (which isn’t going to happen) I would make this deal. Assuming that we signed other players to fill leky and Manson roles.

So the Avs give up two pieces they need, to get one, and add cap in the process, and then have to replace one of those pieces with less than zero cap space to do so? Have you even considered the Avs cap situation? Not a hope in hell of the Avs doing this unless they've moved Rantanen which is very unlikely, and then they still have to replace both Manson & Lehkonen, and have a more expensive player than Rants was to re-sign the following year. So even then it would almost certainly be a no. That's before discussing Manson nixing the trade due to his NTC probably being all the Canadian teams or Marner nixing the trade himself, or how trading out Rants to replace him with Marner would unbalance the chemistry for the Avs.
