Not a Canes fan but id imagine either:
Flyers 1st (15OVR or so) + Frost + B or so Prospect (Samu Tuomaala or Barkey?)

Panthers 1st (25OVR or so) + Frost + better of PHI or ANA 2025 2nd

Its not gonna be ridiculously high because they have little leverage but that's still some good value IMO. Or they are smart and go for the 2025 picks

Who will likely gonna need to keep 3 of them between Necas, Guentzel, Teuvo, Jarvis, Skjei and Pesce (if they want to sign on their real value).

Personally, Guentzel, Jarvis and Skjei are the players that where the most impactful for them than the others.

What? Why would Carolina bring Skjei back? It's why they signed Orlov. Pesce's not going to sign, he's rejected reasonable offers. They can keep all four of Jarvis, Necas, Guentzel and Teravainen. They don't need another D man since Nikishin becomes a factor at the end of next year, so they need a one-year stop gap. Morrow fills in for Pesce, and you can find third pairing D men in free agency at a dime a dozen, or give the kids a shot.

It's going to hurt. Probably starting with Frost or Tippett. Philly isn't a good trade partner here.

I understand your point, but what about that.

- Keep Guentzel, Jarvis and Skjei.

- Trade Necas for minimaly a 1st round pick of the upcomming draft, but trade the pick + Orlov away in a package for Buchnevich and Leddy (both at 50%).

- Try to resign Pesce, but target a Dman like Walker for the top-4

- Buyout the biggest mistake (and I can considerate that as a karma.....) who have been made by Waddell and Dundon : Kotkaniemi

I maked yesterday an interresting scenario about it for 24-25. https://fr.capfriendly.com/armchair-gm/team/5046086

No. Kotkaniemi makes no sense to buyout. Front office still has faith in him, and there's no point bringing back Skjei to move Orlov when they signed Orlov to entice Nikishin out of Russia since Orlov is his idol. It's completely flawed all over here. It doesn't work

High end 3C at worst has so much trust from the front office that he's been healthy scratched multiple times late in the season. Lol.

Twice, and that's not the front office, it's the dumb head coach that's getting the boot LOL

Skjei is getting 1LD money from someone and it won’t be us. Someone will do better than 5x5 for pesce. Turbo is gone. Trading Necas for futures doesn’t make a lot of sense

Don't re-sign burns, don't re-sign Orlov, just bring back Slavin.... Slavin - Morrow Nikishin - Honka, then you can go into free agency, or use guys like Fensore for the third pairing....
