I truthfully don't think Roslovic is a better Center than Hayes is, no reason to sign him. Super no reason to sign Rakell, too much term and we have way too much youth that should be fighting for those wing positions this year and next.

It would be ideal however to find a very short term center that could potentially play 2C in the event that one of our young guys does not push for a spot out of camp there.

Also, there's no reason Perunovich himself should expect to ask for a 3x3. Injury concerns alone are going to make it hard for him to expect much term. I'd bet he'll get about a year at around 1m, i wouldn't be terribly surprised if the Blues didn't qualify him though if they can't move on from Krug and can find a way to bring in a younger defenseman that has much more ability on the defensive end.

Absolutely not on Rakell, and the same goes for Roslovic, who would just block our good prospects. And you've paid Perunovich way too much.

I could be okay with Chatfield if Faulk goes, but he'd only be like my 7th or 8th choice, especially at that cost.

I think the pens would be ok with that.

Penguins are not giving away around 3rd pick to get rid of Rakell. They would just keep him. Started playing well at the end of the season with Malking and Bunting.
