I’d be all over that Pesce deal honestly— 2 years is perfect

Fowler Zellweger & LaCombe Gudas as the other pairs

No reason to sign Mantha imo just play a youngster there

The only way I would alter any aspect of my esteemed friend's comment is to say I'd love to sign Pesce for two seasons but I'll take him for however long he wants, up to six.

I think Pesce would be a good fit, but I’d be weary about how much we’d be paying him. The two year seems fine, but keep in mind within the next four years the following players need to be signed:

- McTavish
- Carlsson
- Zegras
- Gautheir
- Mintyukov
- Zellweger

We should be cautious with our cap right now and not be too hasty on throwing 8+ million dollar contracts out unless it’s for a player who is 1000% making this team better.
