That pick attached to Mikheyev needs to be a 2nd for the Hawks to even consider it.

From the Hawks perspective I think we'll need to refer to their track record. Even for debatably good players it took a 2nd round pick to dump salary. Dickinson/Mrazek (2nd round value), but also pure cap dumps Bailey Zaitsev. The benchmark for salary seems to be a 2nd.
