how much would either of Kaliyev or Spence cost, do you suppose? because tbh I could easily see Ottawa being in on either or both of those guys

Hard to say, because I don't know that the Kings would be looking to move either guy for just futures. They'd likely be looking to make a package trade.

If the Kings were to move them, I'd say that Kaliyev would probably cost a late 2nd or prospect equivalent. Spence would probably cost two 2nds.

considering Kaliyah was one of Staios’ guys in Hamilton, I would be shocked if Ottawa tried to jump on that. maybe like a 3rd and a B-ish prospect for Kaliyev?

Could be. Like I said, I don't think Kaliyev will be moved in a trade like that. I suspect he'll get moved in a package for something that will help the Kings immediately.

I think Kaliyev is going to be traded after that year. He has the potential, but couldn't really get started with the Kings. His numbers are actually still very solid for a player, that can perfoirm much better.
As much as I appreciate Lewis for his accomplishments with the Kings, I gotta say, he shouldn't be re-signed.

I would keep Spence, play the first full season with Clarke, not re-sign Roy and instead get a decent winger to skate with PLD. I would btw be very surprised if Arvy re-signs for the league minimum. This isn't going to happen
