Flyers should take this offer

Overpay? I’m assuming you’re a Flyers fan, but think that’s a fair offer?

I would say that it is a slight overpay. Remove one of Nelson or the 2nd and I think it would be more realistic. I just have a hard time thinking a team would realistically be willing to give up that much for TK.

Yeah it is somewhat overpay. Your 1st + one of those other pieces would make Flyers to think about it, and two of those pieces would make them pull the trigger.

I wasn’t too sure. I can’t get a read on TK’s worth. I’ve always liked him, so I’m probably little biased. Appreciate the way he plays, very scrappy player, fearless. I’m also unsure on how much Flyers value him. Do they offer him an extension or say thank you and move on to younger players. I mean he’s only 27, but for Flyers that’s probably a bit on the “older” side.

Beniers isn't getting a 7x7.75 deal with the season he just had. He'll get a bridge deal in the 4-5.5M range for 3 years.

I don't think RF would give up that much for one year of TK either. Probably offer Firkus and a 2nd.

I have seen some rumors that Flyers front office would already have a extension ready to be signed on july 1st, but so far they have been just rumors. Personally I would prefer to trade him rather than extend him.
