I'd argue it's not an upgrade. Freddie has been DOMINANT since returning. Basically the same age so that doesn't matter, and Andersen has half the cap hit...

I agree, kind of what I meant. Both are great goalies, as long as they're healthy.

Are we even sure that Markstrom is an upgrade at this point? And on the assumption that he is, his contract is much worse than Freddie’s, and it would be a marginal upgrade at best. Certainly not worth adding Necas.
