Kings fleeced this one lol. Something like Marsktom (50%) for the Kings 1st+ a young player (Spence or Turcotte etc...) seems more fair

The Markstrom trade is bad enough but the Coleman trade would be terrible for Calgary.

Calgary asked for Mercer originally but like with Saros he was never made available. My understanding is that the deal has something to do with Holtz and their 1st, likely protected. Most of the info on the deal was pretty obscure though so exact details are not ever coming out
