It's a risky but good trade for the Flames.

Kadri is the better player this season, and he has been absolutely great scoring at a PPG pace after a terrible start for the first 10 games.

That said, Kadri is 33 and he's signed for 5 more seasons. I believe that Norris would be the better player in 3 years, which fits the Flames window much better.
