That's a spicy contract for Debrusk. Even though I don't really like Smith - I think you're better off just keeping him than retaining and then giving Debrusk 6mil

there is no way I'd give streaky 40 pt player DeBrusk that contract. Rather keep Smith than retain on him and hand out 6 mil for another 40 pt player.
