Lets say Perfetti wants out this summer due to our dinosaur coach refusing to play him in the end of the season and playoffs (Ottawa realizes they need to change some things and do a second rebuild in the rebuild, I personally would hate this because I think Perfetti will be elite but I don't know if it will happen in wpg. Jets go for win now in the next couple years and acquire an excellent winger at a low cap hit. not sure if wpg needs to add in this.

Rangers solution is simple: bridge Schneider for 2 years and then Trouba’s contract is done

I would legit love to add Perfetti to the team somehow, but I'm not sure we can part with Batherson. He was arguably our best player last year once Jacque took over the coaching role.

Rangers can't trade Schneider. Trouba will be gone within 2 years and Schneider earned a top 4 role this season. Lindgren would be available if WPG desires him or picks/prospects.
