yeah id definitely do this assuming there isnt some kind of dissent among the forwards that marner makes 5 mil more than tage.

Value wise is fine, but there’s no chance the Sabres will be able to pay Marner 12 million.

Yes, a 12 million dollar soft perimeter winger is what Buffalo is missing.

he's also an exceptional playmaker and all we'd be giving up is Tuch.

even if accepted the premise that he's not a good playoff guy (looks pretty good tonight), there's no denying his regular season play. And Id like to at least make the playoffs once every 13 years before i complain about who is or isn't a playoff type player lmao.

Tuch and Quinn or JJ cause they won’t have the cap to pay them.

They will when skinner's contract is up. Until then you bridge them anyways.

7 million more dollars for a player scoring 25 more points a year is not a good investment to me.
