Despite the brutal offensive contributions this year, I think he is a big candidate for a rebound year, plus he brings a lot speed and defensive awareness to a team that will need to improve yr 1 in Utah. I see him as an attractive piece for a middling team with cap space they're willing to use.

Don't know why you would say the Canucks have a three year window. Players come and go via UFA all the time, just spend the cap wisely and most teams have the potential to be contenders.

As long as Hughes Pettersson and Demko are healthy you literally just need a half decent supporting cast and you’re essentially a playoff lock
