Teams Mitch would waive for

Description
this would be my guess for the framework for each team. Fans of respective fanbases, let me know your thoughts

P.S.: There's a few other teams I think he'd waive for (COL, NSH, CAR, FLA, VAN, etc.) but i couldn't find a good trade that's good for both sides

This would work 1-1 with Marner provided some salary is retained on the 10.9M. The alternative is Anderson + PLD (~30-40% retained)

As long as Marner is gone I prefer the trades with more picks and more cap room , there are a ton of UFA this year worth going after!

Why on earth would Marner be the one to retrieve the dump in on that play?? Do you know how the 1-3-1 defensive system works?

This isn't giving him away; it's what I think other teams would be willing to give up for him given that they have leverage in all negotiations

You mean the guy who was covering for the out of position defense, yeah totally his fault. It still doesn't matter, you don't give away 100 pt wingers for free.

What are you talking about Marner was up around center when Pasta just skated past him and Marner didn't even react or chase, then Pasta just turnstyled Rielly the worst defense in his own end in the NHL and scored a goal any NHL goalie would have saved if he did NOT sit so deep in his net!
