Casey has signed.

There are a few places we could put him…from most likely to least likely….

1. AHL for a year of development (probably most likely)

2. In competition/rotation for 3LD with Bahl (he played some LD in NCAA and was mostly on left side during his final year of juniors).

3. In rotation for 3RD, but not likely to get much playing time. Would probably better for his development to be in Utica everyday.

4. Bottom-six center…hey, you never know. He was used at center at Michigan…and was their 1C for a game. (Highly unlikely)


On trades…highly doubt we would trade for two goalies, so look at it like it’s one or the other. Just placeholders for now.
