Your thoughts are solid, although Vegas is sharing AHL Roster space Chicago Wolves with St. Louis and despite seemingly having endless vacancies, have to be careful! Loverde was specifically signed to anchor and lead a very young and inexperienced Marlies defense, and as such doubtful Leafs move him! Just think they will make this "TYPE" of move, with someone, and not sure of the actual players in play! Good post though!

If you're the Leaf are so desperate to play AHLer LWer Rychel at NHL centre, I would rather keep Fehr.

Rychel is a extra skater same as lievo. They take spots on the wing for any injuries
