It would be better if you add a player like Archibald, Kuhnhackl or a prospect. A 1st and a 3rd it's a bit too much for an unproven prospect like Bennet. Maybe Hornqvist, Archibald and a 1st woukd be better and fair enough, in my opinion.

Bennett isn't projected to be 3rd center. He doesn't fit the role. He's more a scorer than a defender so who's your PK centers?

And no way he's worth a 1st and 3rd, and I don't think they'd accept a rental for a young (basically) prospect. He's done nothing so far that makes him that kind of value. Scott Wilson fits the role better then Bennett does, and we don't have to give up anything to get him.

It's easyto solve this problem in his scenario.

First of all, there's no way to put Hagelin as a 2nd line winger and Rust as a 4th. He have swap them. Second, just put it off Kunh and replace him for Rowney as a RW 4th liner and Hagelin as a LW. Then you'd have a 1st PK unit with Cullen and Hagelin/Rust and 2nd PK unit with Rowney as the center and Wilson.

Rust, Hagelin, Rowney and Cullen are very good on defensive skills. Even Crosby is very good when he's defending. So, there would be no problem to trade for Bennett, specially if Cullen don't retire.
