Not even a debate that the Leafs say no. Tanev is good, don't get me wrong, but he's worth maybe half of Willy Nylander.

Counter offer: NO Nylander. . . . .will thrown in a Horton! A private box for Leafs Opener (Mike Gillis - Host), and a pair of Blue Jays tickets for a game of your choice in 2018! Silly!!!!!!

Tanev doesn't come close to getting Nylander. Why can't Tanev by traded to another team besides the Leafs? Questionable if the Leafs would even accept Horvat and Tanev for Nylander. I just imagine any team wanting Ericsson for 4m or even 3m.

Yeah.. Just no on the Leafs trading Nylander. We'll keep our core.
