The only thing is, how do you plan on compensating Boston for signing Pastrnak and still having your proposed Duchene trade still have the chance at going through?

Absolutely not on the COL trade.....That is a MASSIVE overpayment for a guy whose got two years left and is mentally soft.

duchene is worth a first rd pick next year and 3 former first rd picks from the last 5 years + lauzon? why??? does mcdavid now spell his name like d-u-c-h-e-n-e? because then yes they will do it

What? Pastrnak is Boston's RFA. There is no compensation.

On the mock, no thank you to that COL/BOS trade....Holy overpayment. I would do one of Lauzon/Zboril + Spooner + Subban + 2018 first and that's pretty much it. Guy, like OneMan said, is under contract for 2 more years and can bolt for free.

Seriously? Avs sure as hell want value for Duchene but I'd say that's an overpayment.
