IN 2018/19, Maple Leafs Sports (Leaf owners) spend out of pocket $ 200 million so the cap rises 4m, so they can sign their young big three. 200 million for all just for that? No problem, every Canadian sees their telecom bills rise by 6 dollars a year by Bell and Rogers.....the owners of the Leafs.
