unless the penguins are planning on cutting some cap next year, they won't do it. even if hornquist and ian cole walk, they still don't have much cap and a decent chunk of that will be eaten up by rust, wilson, a back up goalie, etc.

So DeKeyser @$4.4 million+AA+Detroit's 2018 6th round pick for Olli Maatta? The guy has missed over 100 games in the past 4 seasons, No thanks should get far better then that for those pieces.

62 of those games were one season in 2014/15. He missed 15 games in 15/16 and was a key member of their Cup team. He did miss 27 last year and had a down year, but he bounced back with a strong playoffs.

I actually like this trade for both teams tbh. id be happy with that as a pens fan and wings fans should be as well
