in theory not bad trades. doubt sakic would accept the duchene trade. and u will have to retian on pleky

As he said, Sakic would never let go of Barrie and Duschene for what you are offering. Maybe Petry instead of Scherback and switch the 1st round pick for a 2nd (2019).

Then, trade Plekanec and Shaw (both salary retained, 20% at least) for Leddy, cancel the 2nd round pick and add a 4th from New-York.

Other than that, the Chucky trade makes sense.

Indeed Sakic would not entertain that for Duchene AND Barrie, he wouldn't entertain it for Duchene or Barrie alone. He would laugh and then put the phone down on you. I will just laugh at another deluded Habs fan so....... hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! laugh
