Falk could fix the Power play

Power play and need for top 4 d are pens biggest problems. Falk could fix both of those things. Also just give lovejoy away to fix the cap.

    Why would Carolina do that trade? This board is polluted with dumb unrealistic trades from pens fans....I guess this is another.
