Description

Gave you a guy that can win faceoffs.
Gave you a guy that plays physical.
Gave you a guy thats a 1st round prospect
Gave you a second round pick.

Overall, you got bigger so maybe your team isn't pushed around all the time.

Why did I do this? Galchenyuk doesn't seem to be living up to expectations this year and its not like you have the greatest GM.

Not terrible but not great either. You're getting rid of Hanzal because he's not that good. Mackenzie is a 4th liner. Dickinson is a former 1st rounder but he's also a 2013 1st rounder, a year after Galchenyuk was drafted and hasnt even cracked the NHL yet....

I know Galchenyuk hasn't played well this year in MTL and he often gets made example of but every single Habs fan knows the minute he's gone is the minute he'll be a 30 goal scorer again. If you want Galchenyuk, either give something similar to what Duchene got or give us a single quality player similar to Galchenyuk's value.

Well, I would have swapped Dickinson for Gurianov - see my trade "Hanzal - Galchenyuk - revisited".

Also, I don't think Montreal would want McKenzie - and he's been appointed as a Texas Stars captain, therefore I'm offering Oleksiak instead of him.

Hanzal+Gurianov (2015 1st round pick)+Oleksiak (2011 1st round pick) + 2nd would do, no?
