That's just a weird statement. Literally anybody could turn out to be a bust. McTavish is almost NHL-ready and plays a very mature and well rounded game. To me, there's 0 indication pointing towards him potentially being a bust. I could just move literally anyone from the first round down a lot and say "might be a bust".
