I don't think Holland is as anxious to move Barrie as many are thinking. This does in my opinion look like a fair offer

I see someone hasn't watched him play at all this year or on a team not coached by Ralph Krueger ever.
Also he's 5'11" 185. How is that undersized?

For sure. It's a good start. Nice to see Anderson do well to start, guy is a gem.

It’s a lot to give up value-wise for San Jose and they are not ready to win now. This gives them an elite #1 center, but not much of a team around him. They need help everywhere. Bottom 6, half the defense, goaltending. It’s just not a good move for them.

Skinner Cozens Olofsson
Asplund Mittelstadt Thompson
Bjork Girgensons Hinostroza
Gostisbehere Eakin Caggiula (LOL or even Pysyk, two defensemen on your fourth line as he has played RW)

I feel Barry Trotz has a gift to maximize his teams and making less mistakes in play. I have the Isles on top because I think they will be the team to most limit the amount of mistakes they make. Plus with Sorokin most likely improving this year, I personally like their chances.

Buffalo is rolling with Craig Anderson and Aaron Dell in net to start the season. UPL likely gets a shot, but I can't see him carrying them out of the basement in that division. Better record than last year? Sure. Out of the basement? Not a chance.</div></div>
Habs are built for the playoffs, not for the regular season. It will be hard for them to get in

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>CrossFireX33</b></div><div>See you say 4, the previous guy says 6, I put 8... It's all over the place lol...</div></div>
I really liked it when we signed Pysyk, I thought he should have been signed last year when we actually thought we were a playoff team
Signing Vatanen is brilliant IMO, great.
You are also correct Bryson earned his spot in the line up, Hagg will be the 7th defenseman and with Vatanen and Pysyk, maybe the 8th.
Why do you make that trade with Ottawa?
Logan Brown was drafted the same year as Thompson as the 11th over all, he cannot find a spot in the Ottawa line up.
Krueger really messed up too many players and Thompson was one of them.
The Asplund - Mittelstadt - Thompson line was the Sabres best line the last 20 games of the season.
I may have a different line up but this is your team.
I like Vatanen but I would keep Thompson.

Or they wait till he's fully healthy and his value goes up
The main reason teams are hesitant to trade for him is his injury concern.

He is right. Terry is one of the most underrated players in the league. The main reason is that his point production hasn't been that good yet. But apart from that he's been a Top 6 RW. His biggest strengths are his transition game and his defensive abilities imo. He has a good hockey IQ and vision and is a good passer as well.

DeBrusk would definitely have to be involved for Boston to get under the cap. Also he's still young, and San Jose needs all the young talent they can get. I know he had a down year last year but a change of scenery might help him.
