I don't think so. I have had conversations with them that lead me to believe they are, at the very least, earnest in their ideas, thoughts, and proposals. I think they are just trying to change the narrative and be realistic. Which, imo, they are more realistic about player values, or negative value in this case, than most people on this site, just maybe a bit overboard. I've encountered my fair share of trolls and this person doesn't seem like one.

Yeah. For sure. I remember when AA was playing with DET, and I liked him a lot back then, too. I still do. He has just battled some injuries and is getting older. But I think with the surgery he had, the thorough rehab, and a good long summer of training, he should hopefully be able to contribute the kind of production we saw from him in the 22-23 season, maybe even better.
I'm mostly with you on Fabbri, too. I liked him in flashes at the beginning of his career, but I don't feel like he ever really put it all together and rose to his potential.

This is actually pretty decent. Idk about giving up two firsts but Buchnevich is a good player. I also agree with you trading Holl, no point keeping him scratched like we did this past season.

I'd keep Edvinsson up in top 4 on the left side throw Chiarot in Petry's position and bench Petry.

Thats probably close to what he'd go for. Its a risky pickup but Nichushkin at his best is a dominant player that could put some fringe teams into contending. My guess is he ends up on a team that missed the playoffs by a couple points this year (like Detroit). Good for both teams

I don't think DET's front office thinks as little of Chiarot as some DET fans do. But, as a CHI fan, I firmly believe the only interest CHI should have in him is if they are being compensated to take him. Same with Fabbri and Holl, but to a slightly lesser degree due to lower cap hits and/or less term. So, if CHI is giving DET $12.15M in cap relief for next season, and $8.15M for the following season, something like this is a more than fair ask.

Hello dear sir, I'm at the airport with Josh and we wish to know if the papers were sent to the league so we can land in Toronto?! We all know that Josh can be the savior of the Leafs and we would like to thank you with poutine for such an idea.
Habs would gladly take that ! Have a nice day and hope we can make it happen!!!

For sure. Your opinions do seem to differ quite a bit from a lot of other DET fans, but you don't strike me as a "troll".

your banking on Norris missing 30-40+ games a year for the remainder of his contract no?
this trade is like playing russian roulette with 5 of 6 chambers loaded, if norris stays heathy and becomes a 30-40 goals 70+ point C OTT loses this trade in a spectacular fashion that will talked about for ever, if Norris spend more time on LTIR than on the ice OTT wins.
BTW DET with a heathy 35g 70+P Norris means zero chance OTT ever makes the playoffs

Tanner Jeannot for Lucas Raymond...I'll never forget that one, single handedly the dumbest thing I've ever seen on this site, and I've seen a lot of dumb things</div></div>
Raymond is another Zadina. Both are soft and extremely bad defensively. Zadina with the worst plus minus in the league this year and Raymond wasn’t far behind. Marner is soft but he’s actually great defensively and is a much smarter player than Raymond. Tanner Jeannot is a much better player than Zadina cus he’s physical and is a great role player. Raymond puts up decent points but he’s nothing special offensively. I would rather have Jeannot at his price rather than paying Raymond 8 million per. You should change your username it’s really bad
