I like Frolik and Buffalo is over the cap right now so in moving out RIsto for him it would save them almost a mil in cap

6 million that's not on the books next year when they need the money... Bolts have more than enough cap to sign Point this year, next year they have Sergachev, Cirelli, Cernak, and just gave Vassy a massive raise. The only contract they can efficiently ditch next year without asking a player to waive is Killorn and his 4.45 isn't enough

Package Value - Brodie-Janko-Pick
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ItWasInOhThreeOhFour</b></div><div>Would the Blues consider Frolik and a pick for Perron? Not sure Flames would make Bennett available after signing a team-friendly extension that maintains control of him as an RFA when it expires.</div></div>
I suppose it would depend on the pick. Perron has a partial NTC if I remember correctly. I of course have no idea if Calgary is a place he'd go, but he's a solid second liner on a good contract. He also loves it in St. Louis, so I think Calgary's bid would have to be strong. Frolik would slot into our third line fairly well I think. He's no home run hitter, but I'd make the argument that he's currently better than Fabbri.

Package Value - Brodie-Janko-Pick
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ItWasInOhThreeOhFour</b></div><div>Not all as 1 package. I'm saying any combination of Brodie, Janko and either of a 1st, 2nd or 3rd. I 100% agree with you on Gallagher hahaha.</div></div>
That makes more sense, I would prefer to keep our 1st this year though since the draft pool is stacked with talent.

depends if brodie seems like hed resign in Detroit, if they think they cant id say no, unless they flip him at the deadline

Targets should be RW (right handed) and a young rhd or rhd prospect.

Tro will cost us more then that, if they find a replacement 2C they might do it though

Gusev can't be offersheeted. He has to be traded. Vegas won't trade him to Calgary , IMO. The Devils trade is good for both teams. Pretty sure Florida wouldn't give up Trochek for Brodie/Jankowski, but it's worth a shot. Really not sure about Wideman as a third pairing D.
