Opening night and eventual deadline
If we are trading Konecny we better be getting something better than a 1st in the late teens to mid twenties, 4th and 2 mid prospects while retaining 50%.
I would say a better comparable for Konecny is the Fiala trade. 1st (19th) and Faber (who was at the time an ok top 4 potential d) Wild was also forced to trade Fiala because they couldn't sign him so add something on top of that because Flyers still have leverage.

Offseason moves
Flyers aren't interested in Robertson because he is undersized.
Järnkrok is a nice player, but he doesn't fit what they are trying to do.
Cates hasn't really struggled he has just been in a lesser role this season with Couturier and Atkinson returning and Foerster and Brink emerging into lineup regulars.

You know what impresses me about Dallas is how well they draft.
Take Stankoven and Johnston for example.
They just keep hitting on so many picks.

Would rather keep the assets, space vs “upgrading” to Saros. Not a knock on him, UPL has been very good this year. Being younger and finally found is game.

I think this trade makes a ton of sense for both side assuming that Ullmark is both willing to go to and extend in Ottawa. The only team we know for sure is on his NTC is LA since that's the one he apparently vetoed at the deadline. Bruins have also been interested in Chychrun for forever, so makes sense on our end too.

Skjei is an interesting choice. I would be stoked if a deal like this could be made. I think the AAV is low for the overpay that would be needed to draw him to AZ but the term is spot on.
I would also keep Kesselring over Soderstrom. I think Soda's time in the system has come to an end. Maybe a team like Pittsburg that needs to start the teardown/rebuild process could use a guy like him or maybe he would be a good add in asset in a trade, IDK but he has fallen to 7th or 8th on the defensive depth list for AZ.

LA could likely reup Rittich at that cap hit, too much for a backup goaltender.

Don't see Detroit being a buyer for Markstrom and especially not at that price.

Yes, there would be interest from other teams in Knight. But the Hawks probably wouldn't be one of them.

Philly amp LA Fans - are either plausible
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Lights</b></div><div>Seeler deal isn't bad or anything I think but I'd just prefer a 2nd straight up, which I think we could get considering his cap hit and playstyle that GMs love.</div></div>
Fair point. Nice to know the value is at least realistic even if a 2nd would be more preferable.
That's always the tough part making these trades, nobody knows every teams players and prospects inside and out lol so I appreciate you not coming armed with a pitchfork when you provided your opinion.

Ducks fans will ask for another first and the blood of a virgin but probably just a second round pick would make this pretty close.

Trades
I think the trades make sense, but if I'm being honest I'm not a huge fan of Krebs as a target. I think the gap between him and both Frost/Couturier is huge, and that finally top-9 Center spot is probably better saved for someone who has the potential to move the needle more than Krebs (not even a Zegras level target, I'm thinking someone like Lundell or even Turcotte)

Please sell at the TDL
Tampa accepts, especially if they don't get Hanifin. Walker addresses a clear need, and Tampa could likely re-sign him a bit more easily(in terms of cap hit), then someone like Hanifin.

Firkus wont make the team next year. I have a strange feeling Francis is going to let a lot of players walk for nothing :( and then sign guys in free agency

On board with this as a Ducks fan. We need to retain some on Gibby too though. Good, simple ACGM

It's not bad, but there would definitely need to be more. A late 2nd and a solid prospect aren't going to get it done. I would say add another prospect and maybe a late pick in 2024. I'm a big Gage Goncalves fan, so he would be a target IMO.

Unfortunately, I think we can finally stop playing the "you never really know" game. 99.9% chance he never plays another game in a Flyers uniform

The simple fact that you'd bite on it for sure only shows how bad it is for buffalo.
Not even close to reality

Even retained the Avs can’t take that much salary without someone like RyJo going back (he’s the only one with enough cap to make it work anybody else would drastically change the trade). I like the trade framework though.
