I agree but David has balls of steel, and both of them have shown great potential. They could both end up being 30 goal scorers.

The isles give up 4.25 mil (assuming he would’ve been buried) in dead cap for 6 mil in a still solid parise for another year or two is definitely not a bad trade in the immediate term and helps the team offensively</div></div>
It won’t be this but it will be something like this when Parise finally gets traded

Something similar to this trade always gets close to happening every trade deadline for the past three years

Not that much better than last year
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Capitalfail67</b></div><div>I’m honestly intrigued that you think these players are going to become better? They (big 3) are more than likely at their ceiling which is pretty high tbh. They need to gain experienced and learn how to play playoff hockey. They are soft. hard work beats talent most of the time but if talent works hard ..... this is what they need to figure out</div></div>
This years play in round tyeir top 6, morgan rielly and even freddie played terrific but there bottum 6 and the rest of there defence was bellow average at best.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>MitchMarner_16</b></div><div>100% agree.
Edmonton is kind of stuck in the middle here. Theyre kind of good, but propped up by C-Money and Drai. If they cant get any bona-fide top line wingers, theyre burning the best years of mcdavid and draisatl.</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>MitchMarner_16</b></div><div>Exactly. Just like <a href="/users/PleaseBanMeForMyOwnGood" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">@PleaseBanMeForMyOwnGood</a> explained, everyone else in the atlantic is aging or cant re-sign everyone.
I think Canadian teams are really on the rise and will dominate the league in the next 10 years.</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>leafs101</b></div><div>I think they have added what they need. In terms of the actual players they have, are they better than last year? I don't know. But I think the fits are better, and I think they have young guns that could drastically improve and turn some heads. Also some KHL signings that can do the same.
For example, I think the fit of a better-defensively Brodie compared to Barrie will do wonders for the team</div></div>
Toronto is one of the few teams who can say that they don’t have any dead contracts but in saying that they lack so much

Also, Armstrong said that Steen isn't progressing and looks to be going on LTIR and that we won't need to make any moves to be cap copliant next season. So we're probably sitting with $5.5m in cap space for next season at the moment.</div></div>

Saying the team is going to get better is more easy than it is. Theres going to be 31 other teams. Also Sabres have the worst luck of all time. Trade him!!!!!!!!!!
