San Jose and Minnesota
doubt San Jose accepts
Heinen is good, but Labanc is definitely better
Kuhlman is an NHL player, but has low potential
Zboril has fine chances of making the NHL, but hasn't improved statistically over the past few years
Boston will likely go far in the playoffs, so it will be a late second
not too far off in value, but I don't see San Jose taking this

Burns is not untouchable, he is an aging defenseman with a big contract

i'm retaining as much as i can
a colorado avalanche news outlet (Mile High Hockey) said they thought it was a good deal to get Melker at the cost of Toronto's 2020 3rd round pick
<a href="https://www.milehighhockey.com/2020/2/2/21118996/the-avalanche-should-make-a-push-for-melker-karlsson-at-the-trade-deadline-rumors" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://www.milehighhockey.com/2020/2/2/21118996/the-avalanche-should-make-a-push-for-melker-karlsson-at-the-trade-deadline-rumors</a>
and thornton would go for at least a 3rd, he's a future hall of famer who could fit it in really well as a 3rd line center for Colorado
if you put these 2 together i don't think it's that much of a stretch to get a 2nd round pick

swap Labanc with Karlsson then Noesen with Karlsson. Also swap Sorensen and Marleau and put Heed in instead of Prout. But yeah, still extremely weak.

yeah, it all depends on where San Jose thinks they will finish.

This draft is very strong and if your picking in the top 5, there's a solid chance you'll get a 90+ point player.

looks like I forgot how to read.
now I think San Jose declines because Merkley is getting even more points with London and his attitude is rumored to be getting better. After all, he could have been a top 10 pick in the draft if it wasn't for his attitude.

No way New Jersey does that given how high their draft pick will be.
On the bright side, Merkley may be improving

Realistic Trade Deadline

They might, but I think the chances they stay is more likely. Heed might move, but there hasn't been a lot of talk about him and the best we would get for him is a 5th round pick, most likely a 6th or 7th rounder.

TOR gave a 1st round pick to get rid of 1 yr of Marleau at 6M. You want us to take 4 @ 2.85M AND give you a pick. NYI want to give a 1st to get rid of Ladd. BOS is talking about sending a 1st to get rid of Backes.

yeah they're in the AHL now but both have good potential. I would say Bracco will definitely play in the NHL and even has chances of breaking the top 6 at some point. Petan is averaging more than a point per game and is only 24.
