Literally everyone on the flyers PPG decreased while AV was coach, and significantly… the moment he was fired they all went back up… Hayes became nearly a PPG when AV got canned

i mean canucks fans can't really be talking lol Miller just had his best season at 29 and his 3 best seasons came at the ages of 27-29, horvat aswell had his best goal scoring season at the age of 27.

Playing GM For A Team I Hate Part II
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>B_seka17</b></div><div>I think the Flyers would want more for TK as he is signed on a reasonable deal for the foreseeable future. Any chance you swap the NYR pick for your pick if you drop the third and the Flyers add something small, maybe like a mid pick or Lindblom?</div></div>
Honestly, I would. WPG wants to be competitive now and Konecny would bring so much more to WPG than anyone at 14OA. PHI could add a mid/late pick, maybe a 4th? - I do like Lindblom but WPG won't have the cap for him. I mean, it makes sense to me, but I'm no GM.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ReelBigFan</b></div><div>I’d say better fitting offer elsewhere.
Won’t get that value elsewhere but definitely will get something that makes more sense for the direction the franchise is going. If they planned to compete again next year, this offer would be really good, but I think the deal will involve at least two firsts and two good prospects under the age of 22
Problem is finding a team that can use Deb now and those picks won’t be 20s-32… maybe LA? Not sure what direction they are going in but heard lots of players might hang them up, so could make sense… Ottawa would be great as well… 2023 first, Lodin, Lassi, Ospatchuk? Maybe try to get another pick but i doubt they move 7OA</div></div>
My bad, that's what I meant. Value isn't too bad, but the fit is. I've seen a lot of Devils fans offer Holtz and 2nd overall on here and really haven't seen any other offers close to that. As far as teams involved, I've seen reports of LA, Philly, NJ, and NYI. Ottawa, Anaheim, and Detroit would be interesting too since they are likely on the rise in the next few years and DeBrincat is from Michigan.

Trades value is pretty fair, I think Hawks don’t go for a pair of 25 year olds for a rebuild, but look to draft picks more, granted it’s more value than they will probably get, just not the right pieces
I think we leave a little value in that coots deal. mark is a solid PPG player but coots is arguably the top 2-way player in the game if Bergeron hangs them up.. Scheifele in 2 years probably gets over 10 mill. Not to mention he is a locker room cancer according to multiple reports, know a guy who played with him and said the same thing… granted the dude tells me a lot of things about NHL players and some are harder to believe than others… still, maybe we get a 3rd back in that deal as well
I like Frost and Comtois… both looked very promising and kinda haven’t lived up to potential, but at 23 their prime is still in front of them… I honestly think they both have break out seasons next year but currently I’d say comtois has more value than frost

At least to equate to most the offers I’ve seen for TK.
Maybe Philly adds a pick or lower prospect? Sens are in a fantastic spot that a big add like this, and maybe one or two good off-season pick ups, could really boost the team to be a playoff team</div></div>
Agreed, problem is the Sens don't have a 1st
I mean, their 1st is 7th OA this year so way too high
Maybe 2023 but teams are going to be reticent trading their 1st from that draft...
Would the 2024 first works? Even if it's going to be 32nd? :sarcasm

Probably, I didn’t know what to value some of those pieces… I think Morrow is a very good prospect, wasn’t sure if him and a first would cover the difference

Your opinion is not facts, so saying “clearly you don’t (watch) because your opinion is different than mine” is just asinine and ignorant.
But yeah, I talk in facts. You mentioned stats so I brought them back to you.
Oh, and just to show those a bit more, the season Nylander was on a 67 point pace was last years shortened season when he was 25, he played 51 games
Not too far off from the 56 games TK played not under AV and averaged a 62 point pace at 25.
So for fun, let’s see how drastic of a difference these two have been in the long run… how about at 24 and 23?
Oh, Nylander had a .848 PPg, TK a .818… not a drastic difference, what about add in 22 ?
.739 for Nylander and . 727 for TK?? Man, you’re right, Nylander is a much better player
That also included a full season of being choked offensively by AV lol… so yeah I don’t see that big of a difference… Nylander had a great year at 26… Let’s see what TK can do… but they’ve been progressing on the same pace offensively and let’s face it, TK is the better 200 foot player with more depth to his game

Sure, sure. You’ve watched him. I’ve seen the leafs more than the Flyers the past two years. Probably due to living in Canada. But yeah, you probably didn’t even realize TKs numbers under AV being terrible, all of the Flyers numbers under him were awful actually… after AV got fired TK was on a 62 point pace, not amazing I know, but solid while doing this with a plethora of different centres due to multiple huge injuries and trades… 62 points at 25, Nylander at 25 was on pace for 67 points, which was not amazing either, but doing that with an elite centre like Tavares… hmm
But hey, maybe I don’t watch either team lol

And if you think nylander only stands out on the 3rd line or cant handle the pressure then i dont know what you're reading or watching because none of that is remotely true. He can play on any line and stand out with any player and he was the leafa most consistent scorer for the past two playoffs.
The value gap between the two players is quite large
And as for hart. If you're as good at watching the game, you'd realise that he just isnt good and his save percentage is a reflection of that. And it isnt just his save percentage, its his goals saved above expected his high danger save percentage his WAR on top of me watching and him not looking like he is playing well.
Good goalies put up at least decent numbers on even the worst teams, hart is one of the main reasons the flyers are so bad</div></div>
