I did think about that when I made the team, but I think Dumba will get a 5 or 6 year deal from MN so it's not that huge of a deal in term of contract length.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TheRiddler</b></div><div>I would have made this deal, in fact, I did it a little earlier only on a larger scale, but the essence of my trade was not in the exchange of Risto and Dumba, in the settlement of the Buffalo attack. I like Risto's game, but I like Dumba's a little bit more. :)</div></div>

I know, it's what gave me the idea for this trade. Like I said in your ACGM it was just too much of a deal to make happen. I also wanted a bit of verification on the trade value between the two players.

Overall I'm not sure which of Dumba/Risto will be better in a couple of years. I do think in the short term it would look like MN is the "winner" if they made this trade or not. A much better d-corps and team defense as a whole makes it easier for whichever player is there. In 4 years Buffalo could end up as the "winner" if they made the trade as their team gets better and MN ends up going into rebuild mode.

I don't think this trade happens IRL, but Subban/Weber wasn't really on anyone's radar either, so who knows? It would definitely be a shakeup for both teams. I was just looking for reactions/feedback on value more than anything. I'm not sure if I would make the trade from either team's perspective.
