Yah Rust and Tanev need to switch. Also, I wouldn't be shocked if Simon got the nod over Hornqvist.

And you can claim whatever you want but the evidence speaks for itself. Part of the reason for that is his 47% faceoffs.
And at some point you are going to have to come back to reality on that. You win faceoffs, you win games. McCann does not win them.
He's a wing. That's where he is when they have guys capable of winning on the dot who are healthy.
But keep talking nonsense.</div></div>
Hey clown, they just traded for Zucker. Time to either humble your entitled ass or delete your account. Peace

2020-21 Lineup PIT SJS
That Tatar trade to Pittsburgh is definitely right around what I would think it would cost, but I'm not sure Pittsburgh would do that. They are really high on Poulin and would probably pull the trigger on a trade that doesn't involve him, like a Zucker or Toffoli trade. But pretty spot on with cost

Allowing that many shots and scoring chances against shows that he isn't grinding anything away. The Penguins have a good shut down line in ZAR Blueger Tanev. Sully wants players who are faster skaters with aggressive forechecking ability. He doesn't fit the system.

HE SUCKS. He hasn't had a positive goal differential since 16-17, hasn't had a positive scoring chances differential since 14-15. He is 2nd to last in the league in allow scoring chances per 60 minutes of ice time. He is 34 signed to a bad contract for 2 more years. He is god awful.

Um, no. The return is still garbage. Beagle sucks. So does Motte. There is no reason to bring them to Pittsburgh. It would drastically worsen the team.

Both of those players coming from Vancouver are absolutely horrendous. Pittsburgh would be giving up the best player by a MILE and the higher pick?

Pens fans - Labanc Dillon coming in a big trade
If Jarry were to take control of the net and claim the starter spot through the playoffs, I could see a draft day trade including Murray and Lebanc, but definitely not right now. Also, Murray is going to cost a ton.

And McCann has been a winger since the day he got here. The only reason he was put to center is due to injury.
You go look at that roster. The weakest link in it is RW. You have Rusty and then who?
Honrqvist? Simon? Neither one of them is a top 6 winger. Kahun is the guy they want on 3LW.
The hole is so obvious you'd have to be blind not to see it.</div></div>
“McCann is a guy who has a lot of skill, he skates well, and he has a lot of spunk,” Rutherford said. “We look at him as a center, but with the amount of centers that we have, the coach tried him on the wing. He’s done a really good job there.” Rutherford on the McCann trade. They love him at center, that's why they traded for him.

That ship is gone.
This team has depth on the LW. Jake, McCann, Kahun, ZAR.
If they are going to look it's for a legit RW if anything.</div></div>
You really couldn't be more wrong here. I wasn't just mentioned either, it was a done deal vetoed by Phil. Pittsburgh has been in contact all season with Minnesota on him and it's been reported by national media and Wild beat writers for months. Not to Mention the amount of time McCann has played center this season and the amount of time Kahun has played RW. And ZAR hasn't scored a goal in 30 games so maybe let's not think his spot is solidified.

I would have included a 1st, but he just isn't performing the last two seasons and right now is on the 4th line and Bruce's dog house, so I think he can be acquired for a reasonable return. Plus, Hallander is really good prospect so it's not an underpayment.

That feels like an overpay for Coleman, but considering NJ has no reason to trade him I guess you would have to include a 1st. After their gm snafu I don't see them moving anyone but UFA's.

Zucker Dumba and Brodin updates PIT ARI CAR CGY
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>JayTea</b></div><div>I tend to ignore points, because they rarely tell the whole story. As you said, the CHL is full of guys who score a ton of points and many of them never make it to the NHL.
That's true, but also keep in mind they don't HAVE to move him. If the offer isn't fair, they can move a guy like Donato or Greenway instead. I don't expect a huge return, but I think the 1st round pick and Hallander return seems reasonably for him.</div></div>
They don't have to move him, so that is true, but also his value right now isn't very high. I think if it is a 1st and Hallander Guerin absolutely pulls the trigger. That is great value.

I don't know much about Hallander, other than he's frequently used by Pens fans as a top prospect in trades. What type of player is he? I think Ek is more and more looking like a future Koivu, which is great.</div></div>
Hallander is our best forward prospect, but Poulin has made him available. His broken leg sort of put him behind a few players, but in terms of skill and 200 ft game he is a high quality prospect. He is also currently playing in the adult pro league, so his numbers won't be as high compared to some prospects who are just dummying up the CHL

I don't see florida trading two top 6 forwards while in a playoff spot. Especially for a player they just traded away and Galchenyuk who has like no value at the moment.
