<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Caerii</b></div><div>IF we get Eichel, I'd anticipate Fiala being one of the pieces going back. That way, the cap is still possible to manage in years 2-4. We would still need to move Dumba and/or Zuccarello next year though. We can't afford to get Eichel on top of Kaprizov and Fiala though, that just doesn't work. So what that means is it's not going to be a deal like Rossi/Boldy++, which probably means our chances of getting him aren't very good.</div></div>

Gotcha gotcha. I'm just trying to wrap my head around the whole cap situation with Parise and Suter being bought out. So If you got Dvorak at $4.5 mil, and Kirill at $8.5 mil, and then Fiala resigns at $6 mil, you're around $19-20 mil in those 3 guys with $6 mil in cap space to play.

Maybe you guys can answer this for me: How would that affect you next year in 2022? Cuz i'm looking at capfriendly and it says you'll have roughly the same cap space this offseason as next offseason. But next offseason you'll only have $6 mil to work with and only 12 guys technically rostered. Is the fix just like bringing rookies up/guys on minimum contracts?

Again, not the most knowledgable with the Wild, but i feel like that situation would worry me next year, hence why i figured there was a minor cap problem coming up.
