What happened to Gambrell here tho?</div></div>
probably just trade him. He could be 4c i guess I like True more tho

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>yikes</b></div><div>I’d rather just play Chmelevski then sign Zajac personally. The goalie change will be for sure happening but idk if the Sharks management will; firstly part with burns nor do I think they’re gonna keep pushing back Chmelevski or Chekhovich. If they do then it’s not a huge surprise but I don’t see value in signing a UFA then selling them for a 3rd or something. I’d rather keep letting the young guys impress. I do think we need help in the bottom 6 3C but unless it’s a good value seller then idk.</div></div>
Sasha has seen much more success this year as a winger in the AHL its done wonders for him. Ivan's also a winger. I moved Dahlen, but who else could we move at wing?
Couture is out tonight, and Bob is sitting Sasha and playing Patty at 2C. I don't know what he can do given this coaching staff as well

Personally I have Rosen so much higher, and now that he went off at the u18s I'd imagine he will get taken higher. Also no Svozil in the first round?

Overpay on the Seattle trade. The whole point of moving Burns is so in the long term future you can pay Leonard and Merkley,

Dream scenario
Sharks cry at the thought of taking a long term contract and possibly signing another.
Value is pretty fine but Sharks need futures if they trade Meier, and building for the distant future. Korpi and Nyqvist aren't long term ideas

I think it's more of a progression/regression thing. Hertl is gonna finish the season near .8-.9 ppg. He has 12 points in his last 10 games and eight in his last five. Kuz will be .7, slightly older, with a much larger contract (which is hard for the Sharks to handle)

Depth Reset - Take 2
If Burns is being selected in expansion, he doesn't have to waive his NTC. That's only for full NMCs like Vlasic and Karlsson
Also like I don't think Meier going to CBJ makes sense. Looks what's happened with Laine and Domi, he would become another name to that list I feel like

Jones isn't needed for a cap dump, because the buyout is managable, so the value is off if the Sharks don't include him. Sharks wouldn't trade Timo without a first

Would Donato not fit better on the third line wing than the majority of the Senators current wingers? Genuine question, from the last time I looked at the sens their middle six was lacking, and Donato is a near 1/2 ppg player

And they don't even have the injury history. After stuff in recent history with Karlsson Nyquist etc, you don't think teams will be a little more hesitant, ESPECIALLY with the flat cap

There is no chance he signs a 4 year deal. If Wilson doesn’t offer him a 8 year deal he will go UFA. Wilson’s choice is trade him or sign him to a long term deal.</div></div>
Given injury history, ESPECIALLY with the flat cap world we are living in, no one will offer him 7 years, nor will the Sharks offer 8

Termmmmmmmm,
Wilson probablt won't give more than 4-5 years and I would guess 4. We see Hertl as the transition from the Cooch and Burns core to the Meier, Ferraro, Merks etc core, and that's the time frame of the transition
