Carlo is good but I think he's regressed a bit since his rookie season. May have been a little overhyped.</div></div>
I'm not sure how their contracts will be laid out. One of them may even get bridged because there is lots of money coming loose in two years. If they get signed for any kind of term you won't get them under $10M per for the pair.

Short term thinkers don’t get this.</div></div>

Palmieri vs the rest isn't very good imo. I'd rather just cross my fingers with Cehlarik if that's the price for him or pay slightly more if at all for Mark Stone who's a better quality player.</div></div>
Fair enough, I'm not high on Cerlarik but I appreciate your insight. I put a lot of value in there ages, term & value of contract. Boston needs help now for their core, these two guys fit.
Some food for thought: How many picks do you need to find one good enough to play 400+ games in their career? Wood is already half way there and is signed until 2022. Palmieri has already passed 400 and is signed until 2021. I'm not so sure those five assets will get 400+ games and I know they aren't ready right now.

Don’t get all high and mighty and start talking about when I have kids. Seriously, grow up.
And the THE...worst move ever line was funny. The post was titled THE move, and it was awful.</div></div>
I'm not sure I'm picking up what your putting down on the "pigeons" comment. I'm not interested in your life, I'm interested in conversation and an exchange of opinions and points of view. I'm not interested in slinging insults nor do I believe I'm high and mighty. I do find it humorous that your telling me to "grow up" though because I don't believe an internet forum means you get a license treat people differently then you would in your "actual life".
I'll give you a pass on "THE...worst move ever", I like funny and I agree there are some truly terrible AGM's out there. Cheers.

It wasn't an exact quote, the quotes are hyperbole based on your posting history. Also I've posted, maybe, five AGM's today and this is the one you chime in on. If it's too far out there for you just don't post.

Do you ever have a constructive conversation on here or are you here just to tell everyone how much better your opinion is. Why don't you tell me what you think Woods and Palmieri are worth instead of telling me how horrible it is. Then we can, you know, actually have a conversation instead of people saying "that sucks" and "in your dreams".

I have more hope/expectations out of Studnicka and Frederic. I would throw JFK in just any deal but he's third on my C prospect list.

Not still, you just total moved the goal posts there. Stone is for one playoff drive. Those two get you three. Woods with elite size and speed combo and Palmieri is the 2nd line RW Boston needs. They would still have issues with fitting under the cap with those two, there you would at least have an argument. They can't all be 1st line players, depth and speed is the name of the game in this NHL.

Admittedly I haven't watched him but by all accounts he is coming along and works hard. Has speed you can't teach, right handed RW. I'm envisioning a Karson Kulhman with more size and goal scoring, middle six RW. I think that is rarer then what I've seen from JFK, who although seems good, has little offense or intensity.

I'm not even sure Simmonds will be and upgrade over Backes at this point and surely not two 2nds and a decent C prospect better. Simmonds needs PP1 time to be effective and he won't get that in Boston. I can't see the Bruins signing him either.

I think that is too much for Dzingel. I heard they need D prospects so I'd do Zboril or Lauzon and a 2nd.

Abramov, Davidsson and a 1st RD pick for Duchene and Bergman. And a conditional 1st RD pick if Matt Duchene signs with Columbus. I'd expect something similar for Stone behaps slightly better prospects. Two firsts, Vaak & JFK and that might be too high, Zboril instead of Vaak. Just saw that Boston may move Urho for the right player.

Exactly, now we are getting somewhere. Two team market for the Sens "desired" return, that's not very good. They are also two teams that have a very good chance of signing him if they DON'T trade for him. Anybody else on Stone's short list?

That's what Dorion and Sens fans hope for so they can get a bigger return. Who has $8M+ in cap space next year that needs a top 6 RW and has the assets to trade for him that is playoff bound? Not many. But I'd like to hear who you think does.

On Boston Cerlarik may not be a fit but in Ottawa where they will be hurting for scorers next year he may do quite well. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see him play top 6 wing for Ottawa next year. We both know the Sens won't be attracting any big time UFA's.
