Oh my! I never thought the Pacific was this bad! 6 out of 8 teams trash/rebuilding, and only 2 good.

Sabres could have youngest team in NHL
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Campabee</b></div><div>Caufield is a franchise changing player you can see that in his first 10 games this year. He came in and helped stop the slide that Montreal had been on. Romanov is not just a defensive D man he is more of a 2 way D man. He just has not been allowed to show his offensive abilities enough this season, my assumption is they want him to get his feet wet and comfortable in the NHL before allowing him to freely roam all over the ice. His game reminds me a lot of Petry's they both play great defensively, are good skaters, have good hard accurate shots and hit hard. We are keeping Romanov for the foreseeable future thanks.</div></div>
Alright enjoy Mediocrity for the foreseeable future lol

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Campabee</b></div><div>You're too high right now, come back when your brain has cleared a bit from the drugs! KK is doing fine, he isn't being deployed properly but that is on the coaches and not his development, also the kid is 20 and was always viewed as a 3-5 year project. He is right on track thanks. Caufield is an elite scorer, not sure what else the kid has to do to be taken seriously around the league. Kid has absolutely lit it up at every level he has played. In 10 games so far he has 5 points, get real if you think he won't be an impact player cause he ALREADY is! Romanov is having a solid ROOKIE season, he is being trusted with more and more important assignments. He has earned his spot on the team and doesn't look even the slightest out of place. Those 3 players along with Suzuki, Primeau and Norlinder are going to be our core players in 2 years MMW.</div></div>
I never said Caufield wasnt an impact player, I said he isn't and won't be franchise player cuz he won't be. For how Montreal media was hyping him up you'd like a little more than an defensive Dman from Romanov

I just hope Boston and the Caps beat up on each other in a close series in the 1st round..lol.
And the Pens sweep the Isles and get completely healthy

Blackhawks have 3 SC in the last 10 years. but their window is over, closed. Without Dach and L.Reichel they are worse.

It’s is awful but when u put A.Angello, R.Zohorna, Lafferty in that mix.
You then have 4 prospects(players under 25) with NHL experience on play-off team, that are good bottom 6 NHL players at worst( OConnor, Angello, Lafferty, Zohorna).
And a 21 year old that played on the Top Pairing and top pairing minutes when the defense was riddled with injuries.(PO Jospeh). And played well.

Jack Hughes does not have a higher ceiling than Eichel. If draft eligible Eichel was in the 2019 class, hes the #1 pick easily. You only consider Hughes to be a slam dunk franchise talent because he was drafted first. Even if Hughes had a higher ceiling than Eichel, it doesn't change the fact that Eichel IS what you want Hughes to become

He is a right handed, puck moving damn who has size. It won't be hard for the sabres to trade him to just about any team in the league.

The price to acquire Eichel is probably more than what Columbus is willing to pay since are not in a buyers position. Personally I think they will be frontrunners for Kuznetsov though

I don’t know a whole lot about BUF players, I don’t watch many games. But if Reinhart isn’t a bad C I could definitely see CBJ interested. If he’s much better suited as a winger, maybe EDM would be interested. I’m not sure though. Like I said, I don’t know much about BUF players.
