Max I give Reilly is 2.5 million per. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Maybe 2.75 but that to me is the absolute max I go.

I think the Krejci signing is a tad low but he's been the highest paid Bruin for 8 years. Time to return the favour to keep the Cup window open. As for Hall, if he wants more he will again find that money with a team that stinks as most contenders cannot afford this cap hit.

I know it may seem steep but essentialy
Boston improves there scoring major time with a guy on a cheap contract and makes a roster spot for a younger guy
Arizona gets some help the despretly need and a few assets to help with there whole combine issues</div></div>
Even without the 3rd, no way they give up 5 good assets for a 2nd line player especially right now considering where the franchise is and will be in the upcoming years.

Did not say he would get moved. I said that is the type of deal Boston is looking for if they move Debrusk. They are not interested in picks or prospects. They are looking to improve now. In other words....you are not getting him. The only assets you have they’d want, you are not moving.

Off Season
I don't see them walking away from Krejci IF he resigns for 5 or less on 1-2 years. He doesn't seem to want to leave, so. I feel like a 4m x 2 years is coming or 1 x5. It gives them a couple years to let Beecher, Studnicka, FA or other to develop. They aren't strapped for cash.
No reason to Let Krejci walk. He is still productive.
I don't get the Seattle Trade. I don't think a 3rd is enough for Moore. They could just take Zboril. I also don't see the point. Moore has not been an issue. Not him or his salary. He is an overpaid 6-7th dman. He should be making half, but I don't want to give up any assets to rid myself of a useful guy who is taking up 1.25m more cap space than he should be. Not when they don't need that money.
Where did Kase go? Not sure why everyone is so down on him. I know he hasn't scored, but it's been 7 regualar season games, and it's right there. you can see it. Good thing about stats is they balance themselves out. His shooting % will not end season at 0%. He will be right around 9% - assuming he plays again.

More for kuraly. More term and dollar for carlo (maybe 5x5). The way krejci has previously talked about the NHL, i would think he would be a year to year guy. I would really hate to give ritchie taht much. I think he regresses to the mean.

Not going to argue whose better between Mantha and DeBrusk, but their numbers over the last 3 full seasons are pretty close.

bruins add depth
value aside, this improves Torontos roster far more than it improves ours. I think Nylander is very good and gets too much flack but if you're trading another pretty young top 6 F, one of the better shut down RHD in the league (who is still very young) and a first for an upgrade at wing (albeit pretty substantial) is not worth it, especially when you're trading all that to your rival.
Leaves the Bs D crippled

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Gofnut999</b></div><div>No thank you. Bergy and Krejci are not getting younger. Studnicka and Beecher must be held onto. Maybe Lauko/Moore in place of Beecher/Lauzon.
Now if Vegas would do something like Kase/Moore/3rd for Tuch/Martinez i’m all in.
Or Moore/Bjork/pick(s) for one of their wings. Sure.</div></div>
Those would be bad deals for VGK as Lauko is a downgrade from Beecher and Moore a MASSIVE downgrade from Lauzon. Over the last 3 years Marchessault has played at a 65pt pace and he's only 30yr old, signed to 4 more years on a very good deal.

The 23 year old 6’5” d man that can skate like crazy continuing to get more and more and more responsibility that’s already spent a season on a first pair, and then two more as a top four...no room there? Sorry, i don’t think you know the players.

Hey guess what’s worth a billion times more than solid first line winger? A 22 year old franchise d man. Mcavoy is the bruins best player. They aren’t moving him for depth on the wing.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TMLSage</b></div><div>There is absolutely no way the Bruins with the cheapest owner in professional hockey is going to pay Krug that kind of money. He is going for 8 mil on the open market, but has expressed that he will take a discount to stay in boston. So you are right, but for the wrong reason lol. he will go for 7 mil for 6 years is the best guess
As far as "overrated" LOL
Him and Carlo had one of the top 3 best defensive ratings in the NHL this past year, so either Carlo is the best defensive dman in the NHL or krug is actually very good defensively too. He is also a brilliant offensive player (though not the best). He is rated exactly where he should be by most people, but more likely he is underrated when he isnt included in peoples TEAM USA rosters etc etc.

The core waives
Krejci is coming up on free agency and could be retained for fair market value on perhaps a two year deal. $9.5M cap hit, with retention, would be steep for Boston with the cap flattening. Toews is awesome but can’t do that. And with Krug possibly leaving along with the eventual retirement the Bs need food LHD prospects.
Sorry but no to that trade.

Kopitar vs Bergeron
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Terry_AkiSauce</b></div><div>I mean Bergeron is playing with Marchand and Pastrnak who, especially since Pasta has taken off in the last 2 seasons, have helped Bergeron tremendously for points. Funny that you only bring up the last two seasons when offensively Kopitar has had a better career and the last two years are Bergeron's best in his career. Defensively, Bergeron has had a better career but at this point I'd take Kopi over Berg</div></div>
The difference in production for there careers is pretty close....
Kopitar - 0.89 p/gp
Bergeron - 0.80 p/gp
The delta comes out to 7 points over an 82 game season. Of course for their careers, Kopitar averages 21 minutes a night to Bergerons 18:50 TOI and night
For their careers, Kopitar is also a -179 in Tk/Gv diff while Bergeron is +277. FO% again Bergeron is better at a career 58.2 FO% to Kopitar's 52.6% FO%
If you'd take Kopitar that's fine, its your preference.
