Honestly I think the Oilers are overpaying in the Leafs trade. Larsson is worth more then Kapanen as he is a solid RHD, probably would be your number 1 RHD paired with Reilly. Brown is worth a third at most.

Kadri and Kapanen for that deal and even then I'd still cringe a little if I'm Edmonton. There's a reason all these Leafs fans want Larsson.

Lucic’s Contact runs longer than Eriksson’s, so there would likely have to be more pieces going Vancouvers way. Also the Oilers can’t afford to get rid of Larsson without getting a decent Dman in return. There was a reason Chiarelli gave up Hall for him in the first place.

I made an AGM where I had a trade similar to this where people told me Kapanen was an overpayment for Larsson. Now I make another one and people tell me Larsson is an overpayment for Kapanen +. Funny the way that works
