MTL decline this trade. Kylington is nothing special and Frolik is basically a cap dump. No way we're giving up a 2nd and a 3rd to upgrade from Fleury to Kylington. Bad trade.

Kylington have a good potential. Frolik is useless, maybe Kylington vs Fleury & a 3rd round pick

I was thinking basically that - Kylington for Fleury plus 3rd. The question is whether one year of Frolik is worth a 2nd round pick. Habs could turn around and move him again at the 2020 trade deadline. He's still a useful player.

Kylington has good upside, pretty good smart 2-way D-man and could run a power play. He's too good for the AHL at this point. The only reason he's not higher up the depth chart in Calgary is because they are stacked on defense. And unfortunately the other two young guys in Calgary (Valimaki and Andersson) are now most likely untouchable.

MTL doesnt have a spot for Frolik. Shaw Gallagher Armia are better than Frolik. No room for him, at all
