Hate to break it to you... but Marleau's contract is setup so that it's impossible to get him off the books until his contract runs out. His agent wasn't an idiot

Instead Myers sign Stralman 3 x 3,5 and give 3M to Marner.

Its a Wonderland if Marleau wouldnt be signed as he is, right ?

Florida isn't agreeing to that. Doubt Vegas agrees either. San Jose doesn't have cap space. The Edmonton trade should work though. Marner isn't agreeing to that, even on a 3 year deal you're looking around $9M.
